The Flavor and Tradition of Beira Baixa, Portugal

Maranho is one of the most traditional products of this region. It is made from goat meat, rice, mint, sausages and wine. It is carefully seasoned with a wide variety of spices. Once cooked about an hour, it can be enjoyed as one of the largest delicacies representative of the pinewood area.

Presentation
It is packaged in a protective atmosphere, and the packs can be: 5Kg, 3Kg, 1kg, or 1 unit (approximately 400 grams).
