Thin Sausage from Beira Baixa

It is a smoked sausage, made from lean pork and seasoned with garlic, salt and spices, filled in fine casing. It is cured in a holmwood smokehouse, promoting its unique traditional character and allowing it to present a uniform mass of tempting appearance, marbled red.
