Roast Black Pudding from Beira Baixa

It is one of the most characteristic delicacies of this region. Prepared on the basis of soft pork fat and blood, they are filled in natural casing, then undergo a thermal process (cooking), and after this process they will cool in dryers until they can be packaged. The seasoning is based on garlic, salt, wine, cumin, onion and other spices, giving it a unique flavor. It is excellent grilled, accompanied with vegetables and other meats.
