Black Pudding of Beira Baixa

This product is prepared based on soft pork fat, in a very fine mince. The seasoning of these bats includes wine, salt, cumin, onion, among others ... They are filled in thick natural casings and then undergo a thermal process (cooking), after this process they cool in dryers until they are packaged. They are consumed, preferably cooked. They are indispensable in any bean stew or traditional Portuguese stew.

It is packed in a protective atmosphere, and the packages can be: 5Kg, 3Kg, 1kg, or one unit (+/- 220 grams). They can also be vacuum packed in packs of 1 unit.
