Spicy Chorizo from Beira Baixa

It is a smoked sausage, made from lean pork and seasoned with garlic, salt and spices. After being filled in natural casing, it is cured in holmwood smokehouse, promoting its unique traditional character and allowing it to present a uniform mass of tempting appearance and pleasant color in reddish tones.
