Chorizo from Beira Baixa
It is a smoked sausage, made from lean pork and seasoned with garlic, salt and spices. After being filled with natural casing, it is cured in a holmwood smokehouse, promoting its unique traditional character and allowing it to present a uniform mass of tempting appearance and pleasant color in reddish tones.
It is packed in a protective atmosphere, and the packages can be: 5Kg, 3Kg, 1kg, or one unit (+/- 220 grams).
