Sausage made with selected pork, wisely seasoned with wine, garlic and spices. Slow curing product in holly wood smokehouse. It is usually served in its natural form, in thin slices that enhance the mild flavor of this product, which guarantees refinement and good taste in a traditional table; widely installed in the habit of consuming traditional Portuguese charcuterie
It is packed in a protective atmosphere, and the packages can be: 5Kg, 3Kg, 1kg, or one unit (+/- 220 grams).
