Wine Chorizo from Beira Baixa
Maranho is one of the most traditional products in this region. It is made with goat meat, rice, mint, sausages and wine. It is carefully seasoned with a wide variety of spices. After being cooked for about an hour, it can be enjoyed as one of the largest representative delicacies in the pine forest area.
It is packed in a protective atmosphere, and the packages can be: 5Kg, 3Kg, 1kg, or 1 unit (400 grams approximately).
