Bacon is a smoked product made of boneless pork tenderloin, seasoned with salt and spices. It lasts for about eight days. After this period the twigs are hung and they undergo a thermal process, where they receive only heat, and then they go to the smokestack of holmwood, which gives it a special flavor and texture. Later they will stabilize in dryers with temperature and humidity controlled until ready to be packed. It can be consumed in slices, fried or being part of some traditional dishes.
